Under Wiyoto Wiyono Toll is Rampant with Illegal Stalls

After had been controlled in 2012, the area under Wiyoto Wiyono toll on Jalan Lodan Raya, Ancol is now rampant with 20 semi-permanent illegal buildings used as sand bases, junkyard, wood enterprises and illegal kiosks. In addition to creating slums, the existence of those stalls is also feared to damage the foundation of the toll road.
